It is along the shore of Six Mile Lake a couple miles down Six Mile Lake Road Forest Service Road 2127 about 5 miles east of Bena MN. The park separates the mountains from the lake and is surrounded by extraordinary scenery. Higher water levels would further reduce available camping space. Less than a 3 minute walk to Echo Township Park Six Mile Lake with beach playground and boat launch yes you can literally walk there. The OHVs can be obnoxious and there always has to be one jerk driving through the middle of your camp. Exit Hwy 11 at intersection with Hwy 133.
