I have camped there just once but its great if youre a beach person and love the ocean. Campsites are not assigned but you must select a suitable site which will not disturb vegetation dunes or nesting shorebirds. The marina employees are helpful and will tie you up when you pull in. However because of a breach in the island about two miles west of the Otis Pike Wilderness Visitor Center camping is limited to the area between the breach and Watch Hill.
